Apache ActiveMQ 5.4.2 Released

Apache ActiveMQ 5.4.2 was released with many bug fixes and is a maintenance release. Critical bug fixes that surround KahaDB corruption are a part of this release and it is highly recommended that all users in the 5.4.X series update to this version.
